Living River, Cabernet Sauvignon 2021

Living River is based in the Riverland region of South Australia, working certified-organic vineyards to produce wines reflecting clean fruit and sustainable farming practices. The winery handles both grape growing and bottling under organic certification, ensuring the quality and organic integrity from vineyard to bottle. Deep brick-red with violet hues. On the nose: cassis, blackcurrant, black olive and a touch of cedar-oak spice. The palate is rich and full-bodied, with dense dark fruit, olive and cigar-box undertones, fine but firm tannins and a savoury finish with lingering earthy depth. A bold organic Cabernet Sauvignon great with grilled red meats, stews or hearty vegetarian dishes.
